Enrichment Grant Request Process for ​HPISD Teachers

PC-TAG is dedicated to enriching education by funding classroom materials, technology, and programs. Our grant process runs from September to April each school year.
Grant Process Highlights:
  • Monthly Reviews: Submissions are evaluated monthly for timely support.
  • Funding Availability: Funds for approved grants are accessible approximately 4-5 weeks after submission. For direct purchases by staff or teachers, funds are available within five working days.
  • Easy Application: Complete the online form below and receive a copy via email. No principal approval needed however, we do work in partnership with each principal to ensure requests are in compliance with district guidelines.
  • Review Committee: Submissions are reviewed by our District TAG Coordinator, PC-TAG President, VP Grants and voted on by the board.
  • Outcome Communication: Decisions are communicated monthly, with detailed information for requests held for future consideration.
Planning Ahead: We encourage early submissions, especially for requests typically made in December for the following year.
