PC-TAG Distinguished Scholar Awards
The PC-TAG Distinguished Scholar Award is given annually to graduating TAG-identified seniors, elected by a committee of high school faculty.
The honor recognizes those students who use their special gifts and talents to demonstrate the true spirit of a curious, dedicated, ethical, lifelong learner, and whose passion for knowledge is organic and sincere. The PC-TAG awardees are not motivated solely by outside influences but also by an intrinsic desire to learn for learning’s sake and in appreciation of the life of the mind. Distinctly kind scholars, these students are collegial and promote a positive learning ethos in their classrooms that serves as a model for fellow students and honors the work of their teachers.
