Diane Wilcox: Wings to Soar, Navigating the College Admissions Process

On Wednesday September 7, PC-TAG welcomed Diane Wilcox from Wings to Soar to speak about navigating the college admissions process.  Ms. Wilcox drew upon her 9 years of experience as a former Highland Park High School guidance counselor and current role as a college admissions facilitator.  Her advice ranged from the big picture of how to help your student choose the right schools to the nuances of applying for admission including how to make the best use of college visits and the reasons why federal financial aid forms are useful for more than need based aid.
